If you call and need to speak personally with your attorney, you will get the chance to do exactly that. If you have to leave a message for your attorney, then your attorney (and not a paralegal) will be returning your call. And If you need to meet personally with your attorney to talk about your case, or to share the latest news from your doctor, you'll get to do that too.
